Maxim Homes is an owner-led Nashville builder focused on custom residential construction, historic renovations and thoughtful urban infill.
Jarred McNeal has been building in Nashville since 2009 — first restoring and flipping historic houses, then founding Echo Construction (2012) and Prime Nashville (2013), and launching Maxim Homes in 2017. More than 100 homes built and renovated later, the approach hasn't changed: owner-led, start to finish.
Most homes get built with the vision, the field work and the money in three different heads, and things fall through the cracks in between. Maxim closes those cracks. We take on a small number of homes each year, on purpose, so every one gets the owner's full attention.
We're at our best in Nashville's historic neighborhoods — honoring what a house has been for a century while making it right for the next — and on ground-up custom homes across Franklin and Middle Tennessee.
Fewer homes. More attention. Built for Nashville. Built to last.
